The O*NET database is a comprehensive source of descriptors (skills, work activities, experience levels required etc.) for more than 900 occupations that are central to the economy. The O*NET system supersedes the Dictionary of Occupational Titles with current information accessed online and through public and private sector career and labor market information systems. This has career exploration tools and a wide variety of helpful resources.
